Day Off

I love Tuesdays, they are my usual day off of work and I get the house all to myself!!  What could be better than to be able to do what I want, when I want and not have to worry about taking care of anyone else but me!  I love it!!  So today I spent far too much time on my computer and downloaded all of pictures to Walmart and got the ones I really wanted printed out. Now to just get them saved on CD's and off of my computer!!  Although now that I think of it, do I really need to do that if they are all on the Walmart website??  Hmmmmm.  I wonder?

Sorry for myself

Last night I was feeling sorry for myself ... I hate being so far away from my Grandchildren and my Children!!  So I did a little scrap therapy and wrote a short poem to go along with this layout of Sadie.  Once in a while I get melancholy and so need to sit and just scrap!!!  It was great and today I am feeling much better, but I still miss everyone!!

Worst Blogger Ever

I have decided that I must be the worst blogger ever!!  I can never remember to come here and post anything!!  However today was a glorious day and Gary and myself spent the better part of it hiking up Mount Provost and then going for a long walk on the trails down at Skutz Falls.  The colors of Autumn were at their best and it was a picture perfect day!  I am sure that the two of us will sleep like little babies tonight after all the fresh air and exercise we got today!!  Here are a few photos from today's Adventure.  And oh yea, I will try to be a better blogger!!

Horray for Friday!!

Another work week has passed us by and I sure hope that the weekend doesn't go as quickly!!  Where has the time gone??  I have been meaning to get so many things done and haven't done any of them.  I want to facetime my sweet grandkids, I want to email my son in Italy, I want to send some little Halloween things to Isaac and Sadie.  I really need to get started on some Christmas presents for my far away family.  Like I said, I haven't done any of these things.  So this will be one jam packed weekend!!  I did manage to get some more scrapping done so here are a few of my new pages.

I'm Tired!!

It has been almost a full week of full time work and standing on my feet for 8hrs everyday and I'm TIRED!!!  But I still found some time get a layout done for Creations by Tina Marie with her feebie kit for the Designer's challenge at Oscraps.com   Here is my layout for this great kit called Harvest of Memories.  It has wonderful warm fall colors and is the perfect kit for your Autumn time layouts!!

I have wanted to scrap this page for sometime now and this was the perfect opportunity to do it.  With Tina Marie's Kit - "Grand Love", it gave me beautiful inspiration to scrap the love that my parents had for one another!
